Q1: What qualifications do I receive if I sit the A-Z MYOB Workshop?

A1: If you choose to sit the MYOB exam on the third day, you must obtain 80% in each MYOB module to obtain a certificate. This certificate can be used to obtain credits to any TAFE or Finance course.

Q2.  What are the qualifications of the trainers conducting the course?

A2.  All our staff have a wealth of financial, admin and accounting knowledge.  All trainers are nationally recognised trainers who only specialise in all of the MYOB  product ranges. Our trainers only train in all MYOB product lines and no other programmes.

Q3. Which MYOB program should I use for my business?

A3. This question is a popular one with all new business owners. Each business has different needs, therefore before purchasing any MYOB product - seek the advice from our MYOB professionals during the course. Since we order MYOB packages directly from head office, we are able to obtain the best price too.

Q4.  When invoicing in MYOB my dates are displayed as the following: MM/DD/YY?

A4:  Many people call out office regarding this problem. This is not a MYOB problem, but a problem with your regional settings within the computer date set up.

Q5. I am currently on MYOB Accounting 10. I would like to upgrade to MYOB Accounting 18 PLUS. Do I need to buy each version in between to upgrade?

A5.  No - the latest version of MYOB is created to be able to upgrade from any old version with the use of the MYOB Upgrade assistant.

Q6.  If I do not feel comfortable to sit the exam on the third day can I sit this at another time?

A6. Of course you can.  Some students prefer the extra time to study before sitting the open book assesment.  This assessment can also be resat again at any time at no extra cost.
